A message dated April 25, 2001, was read stating the Senate has                                     
passed CSHB 81(FIN) with an amendment and so, the following is                                      
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 81(FIN)                                                     
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Dental                                   
    Examiners; relating to the Board of Dental Examiners and

    regulation of the practice of dentistry; and relating to dental                                 
    hygienists and dental assistants."                                                              
                                                                                                    
A Senate letter of intent was attached (Senate journal page 1241).
